Work - advising private equity firms on fund formation, administration, portfolio investment and compliance issues.
Our client is a prestigious, tier one, white shoe New York based firm. They are in growth mode and seek a CORPORATE FUNDS associate lawyer with 3-6 years' qualification deal experience in Funds and Private Equity Funds. The PE Funds practise advises a wide range of private equity firms advising on fund formation, administration, portfolio investment and compliance issues including buyout, venture capital and debt, real estate, infrastructure, energy and other sector funds, as well as funds of funds, and negotiating with large, sophisticated institutional investors. The calibre of the practice and individuals is outstanding.
Candidates will need to have confidence, a flexible and practical approach together with strong academics and an interest in bespoke deals for clients.
