Group Litigation Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for a large litigation practice in Merseyside who are looking for an experienced Group Litigation Solicitor to join them. Salary is up to £40,000 dependent on experience.

The firm specialise in Personal Injury, Professional Negligence and have carved out a niche acting for clients in Group Litigation actions. The firm is currently acting for a number of clients in relation to mis-sold investments and are one of the leading firms in relation to large scale Group Litigation.

They have asked us to assist them in their search for a Solicitor with experience working on large scale Group Litigation. Largely the nature of the work will be mis-sold financial investments however, experience and knowledge of financial claims is not necessary as long as you have experience of working on a large scale litigation.

Applications are invited from Solicitor with at least 4 Years PQE in Litigation who also have some experience Group Litigation whether that be in the context of Financial Mis-selling, Professional Negligence, Overseas Property Investments or some other Group Action.
