Excellent opening for an experienced construction lawyer to join this prominent and highly successful firm based in Cambridgeshire.

The firm is home to a successful construction practice which is involved in major construction projects in the UK and overseas. Acting for all sides of the industry including major contractors, consultants, developers, educational institutions and housing associations the Chambers Tier 1 rated team's work involves the negotiation, amendment and finalisation of project-specific agreements in addition to helping to resolve construction and engineering disputes. In addition, the firm has a wealth of experience in handling private, commercial and public procurement work.

The firm is keen to appoint an ambitious construction lawyer with at least 2 years pqe+ to handle high quality construction work, both contentious and non-contentious in nature (with the flexibility to focus more heavily in either direction if you prefer.) You'll join a friendly, supportive and merit based firm where your efforts are recognised and rewarded and you'll have ample scope to further your technical experience in this role, working closely with clients and building your skillset as a construction law specialist.

There is clear scope to progress your career and to play an instrumental role within the team.

This role would suit a construction lawyer with experience of working in another recognised construction team based in the local market or further afield.
