A leading legal 500 firm with an international presence is now looking to recruit a Senior Associate for their highly regarded team. Due to continued growth the firm is now looking to bring in a 5-7 year PQE Solicitor.
The successful candidate will have an exemplary track record in Private Equity work and will have also have dealt with general corporate work including mergers & acquisitions. Ideally you will be a competent biller and business developer as this role will have the option of partnership.
