Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Well regarded regional firm are looking to grow the residential property team across their offices. Experienced residential property conveyancers with a minimum of twelve months residential property experience are sought to manage their own caseload which will include sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold, new builds etc.
Joining a busy team, you will take responsibility for your own caseload dealing with matters from initial instruction to completion, . This is a great team where you will benefit from excellent administrative support, high quality work and lots of client interaction.
Roles are open to residential property lawyers of all levels of experience however a minimum of twelve months fee earning in conveyancing is necessary. You must be confident, enthusiastic and have a pro-active approach and be willing to get involved in networking and business development.
Successful candidates should possess strong organisational and client care skills in order to maintain the high level of client service. Proven experience of dealing with clients and their estate agents and introducers of business is essential.
