Head of HR
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a top 100 law firm in Leeds as their Head of HR.
The Head of HR will work closely with senior stakeholders and will take full responsibility for all HR and learning & development strategy across the firms' national offices. Key responsibilities will include line managing a team of HR professionals, managing the firm through organisational change, reviewing and drafting new HR policies ans procedures, identifying learning & development requirements across the firm and arranging both internal and external training where necessary, as well as performance management.
The ideal candidate will be fully CIPD qualified with at least 5 years' senior level HR generalist experience gained within a law firm setting. Experience across recruitment, employee relations, learning & development and composition & benefits is essential.
This role will involve regular attendance at the firms national offices so interested candidates must be willing to travel.
