Contract Legal Officer

Our client, a successful East London local authority, is seeking a highly skilled paralegal role to join there thriving Contracts team immediately.

Your role will include standard tasks such as:

*Undertaking a contract review and drafting,
*Dealing with procurement and contracts related advice work,
*Undertaking legal research,
*Putting contracts together and
*General office tasks.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a common sense, practical approach and a willingness to work both in a team and on their own initiative. The ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workload and understand or show willingness to understand Council processes are essential.

This is a temporary role suitable for a hardworking candidate with direct experience of supporting contracts legal work in a paralegal capacity, excellent communication skills and will be committed to the role.
