Personal Injury Paralegal RTA - An opportunity has recently arisen for a Legal Executive or experienced paralegal with litigated fast track claimant RTA experience to join this dynamic Manchester team.

- Previous Experience: Proven claimant PI experience carrying a mostly litigated caseload.
Our client is a highly successful national law firm with a respected personal injury department representing clients across the full range of personal injury disciplines including RTA.
The RTA team itself is a well-established, efficiently run team which operates across a broad spectrum, from fast track work to complex high value catastrophic injury-related cases. It has earned a national reputation for delivering results and is now recognised as being among the leading firms for RTA claims.

Due to the continued organic growth of the Manchester-based department an opportunity has arisen for a fee earner to handle a caseload of litigated fast track RTA files. As such any candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate:
- At least one year of previous experience handling a litigated RTA caseload;
- The ability to work unsupervised;
- A thorough working knowledge of the relevant CPR rules; and
- The ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
