Law Costs Draftsman is required for a Law Costs agency based in the Manchester City Centre. This highly regarded Law Costs firm is looking to recruit an experienced and proficient Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer to join their busy Costs team.
The successful Costs Candidates will have a minimum of 4 years experience working within a busy Costs Department and will have demonstrable experience running a caseload of Civil Costs files to include Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Industrial Disease, the ideal applicant will have experience Drafting, Negotiating, budgets, replies and Detailed Assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with multi track bills, budgets and advocacy.
