Corporate / Commercial Solicitor - In- House

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an In-house Commercial / Corporate Solicitor looking for an exciting new challenge. My client a FTSE 250 client who are a reputable award winning business, are looking for a commercially aware solicitor to join their established legal department. The legal department is very well regarded within the group and they are at the forefront of the business assisting with new business products which are going to market. 

Being based in the county of Hampshire the ideal Commercial / Corporate Solicitor will join a successful, well established, innovative, foreword thinking Legal team which has grown organically with the business over the years.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, full benefits package, bonus, pension, medical cover are on offer. 

You will handle a wide caseload of commercial / corporate matters and be involved in making commercial decisions which will benefit the business. You will be required to review, amend, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and  agreements. Handling due diligence, tender reviews, compliance, regulatory and risk issues. You will advise the business on a range of legal issues including litigation, intellectual property, and legislation changes. You must be able to run Corporate deals including asset and share deals. 

Open to PQE Level, candidates from both In-house departments and Private Practice will be considered, you will have knowledge of commercial contracts / corporate deals within In-house or working on secondments.
