Residential conveyancing opportunity. Fantastic opportunity to work for a highly reputable multi-discipline law firm. My client is looking for and experienced Conveyancer/Residential Property Lawyer to join its successful team based in the Aylesbury office.
The role will involve working within a busy high volume residential conveyancing department. You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, in areas incorporating but not limited to: sales and purchases; re-mortgages; transfers of equity and; right to buy to include more complex matters.
You will be an experienced conveyancer (qualified or non-qualified) with at least 12 months experience in managing your own varied caseload of residential property transactions looking to join a successful and growing team.
