Property Litigation Lawyer
We have an opportunity from a top 100 ranked national law firm who is actively looking to add a Property Litigation Solicitor to its Bristol team, at the junior and mid levels. Barristers will also be considered.
We are considering candidates from NQs with experience pre qualification (either as a paralegal or on their training contract) up to more senior candidates with a proven track record of acting successfully, with experience in both non-contentious and contentious work. The diet of work will be varied, consisting of a range of claimant and defendant based property related disputes, including but not limited to, property damage recoveries (Flood, fire, escape of water), public liability, and also policy coverage and fraud matters. For the right candidate this is an excellent opportunity to get on the Partnership track in the coming couple of years at a first class firm.
This firm has already has an outstanding reputation for their work in this this field, working with a number of large commercial and insurer clients, as well as with claimants. The firm as a whole is growing, so the successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time and will be seen as a valuable part of the firm’s future in this core practice area.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.
If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
