Capital Markets (Islamic Finance)

Our client, an international powerhouse, are looking for a capital markets lawyer (Debt & Equity linked) to join their practice at a junior / mid level.

They are ideally seeking someone with islamic finance structuring experience.

The team is tight knit, and the DCM partners are very well thought of, and would be excellent to develop from. It is likely that you will have between 1 and about 5 years PQE, and have trained at a well regarded UK firm, or spent some time in the middle east. There will likely be some wider banking work as well.
