Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client are a well established firm with several offices throughout Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

The firm continues to expand its client base by offering a quality service through personal partner contact. Several partners are members of specialist legal panels and the firm has developed dedicated teams to work within the key areas of Commercial Property, Corporate Services, Wills and Estate Planning, Litigation and Residential Property.

They are committed to actively participating in and making a positive contribution to the business and activities of the local community and their clients range from large multi-national corporations through to family firms, professional partnerships, start up businesses and private individuals.

They are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ideally with some exposure of agricultural and landed estates work.

The ideal candidate will also have extremely strong marketing skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness and have a strong sense of commercial awareness. You will be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships.

Working as a key member of the Commercial Property Team you will be involved in many aspects of transactional property work.

Salary negotiable and dependant on experience £38 - £55k
