Commercial Property Associate

This well known full service law firm has an excellent reputation in commercial property work across the South of England. The team is ranked in the chambers and legal 500 ratings with notable commercial property individuals. An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with circa 5 years+ PQE to join this leading Real Estate team working at their Oxford office.

The firm has experienced considerable growth in all its key services and its commercial property team operate across a diverse range of work includin acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and developement/ investment work for household names. As a Commercial Property Associate you will participate in client mangement and business developement intiiatives and help mentor internal solicitors and other fee earners. As such the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate technical experience in a variety of commercial property areas. This role suits an ambitious individual who is looking to join a reputable firm with a strong team culture and excellent career prospects.

The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong, they will be a confident and personable individual who has a commercial approach to law and has a track record of success.
