LEGAL PA - Dubai

One of the best law firms in the world is currently recruiting for a Legal PA in their busy but friendly Dubai office. This global firm is highly regarded and located in beautiful central offices. Candidates currently living in the UAE will be preferred however the firm are open to candidates who are planning to relocate.

We are looking for an experienced Legal PA who is talented and switched on with a positive, hardworking "can do" attitude. You will need to have a real eye for detail and excellent written and spoken English. This is a top level Legal PA role.

This Legal PA role requires someone who has already gained solid experience working in a corporate and sometimes demanding environment.

Working in the role of Legal PA for this firm, your duties supporting partners and fee earners will include:

  • Consistently and proactively delivers high quality work and outstanding client services to internal and external clients
  • Demonstrates a "can do" approach and takes responsibility for ownership of tasks and positive service delivery
  • Demonstrates technical excellence in all core elements of the role
  • Financial Management
  • Matter and Administrative Management
  • Client Care
  • Ability to engage in culture of change, supporting the strategy of the firm
  • Demonstrates a Me2U approach by understanding fee earners' priorities and adopting a dynamic approach for getting things done
  • Providing support in the key areas defined in the Legal PA.
  • Desirable for Client if you have corporate/finance experience.

The ideal Legal PA candidate will be bright, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, they will be reliable and hardworking. You will remain calm when working under pressure but must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and will work as an active team member.

You will be extremely organised with the ability to juggle priorities and able to work on their own initiative and recognise the need for absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
