A Court of Protection Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity within a multi-service, regional law firm. The role will be based in their Guildford office and offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Working as part of an established Private Client team, you will focus on Court of Protection matters and provide mental capacity law experience that will help grow the court of protection specialism within the firm.

As a Court of Protection lawyer you will take on existing Deputyship work and help build up and develop the support team. Working with the firms highly respectable brain injury specialists in their PI/Clinical Negligence Department, you will be in an excellent position to help grow the firms market share. This could be a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take on or grow into a leadership role for a firm that has an excellent reputation and an established market presence.

Applications are invited from experienced Court of Protection Solicitors. Private Client Solicitors who have handled Court of Protection files as part of a broader case-load will also be considered. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent client servicing skills.
