Corporate Tax, 3-6 month FTC

My client, a leading firm with global offices covering both Europe and the US, is actively seeking the support of a Corporate Tax associate for 3-6 months on a fixed term contract basis to join the firm's tax group. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-6+ years PQE in tax law from a leading City or US/International firm as a fee earner. The role is due to start very quickly so candidates with one month notice or less will be considered.

The role will include implementing strategies for the acquisition, reorganisation or divestitures of business enterprises, implement strategies for the acquisition real estate, and deal with VAT issues.
