Civil Litigation Solicitor - This full service East Kent law firm are now seeking to recruit a further 2-4 PQE civil litigation solicitor to manage a busy caseload of disputes. He/she will need to have a solid background in all areas of civil litigation. Including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Professional negligence
- Building disputes
- General contracts
- Partnership disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- Insolvency
- Inheritance tax claims.
