Structured Finance Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Structured Finance Solicitor to join a growing team that is expanding both internationally and within the UK, advising on premium Structured Finance and CLO work.

As a Structured Finance Solicitor, you will ideally have experience of public (term) securitisations, CLOs or of conduit securitisations, acting both for arrangers, CLO managers and for originators.

You would be part of the firm's Debt Capital Markets team, which covers a broad range of UK and international transactional work.

You will play an important role on a variety of transactions and would be expected to build and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, have an interest in regulation and business development and be willing to do derivatives and debt capital markets work.
