Corporate Senior Associate

Our client, a leading UK firm is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Associate to their team in Manchester.

You will have at least 8 years’ PQE, a strong academic profile and will have demonstrable experience working on a variety of complex corporate transactions. You will have previous managerial experience and will be comfortable managing more junior solicitors in the team. Along with a strong technical ability, you will have proven track record successfully developing new business and networking throughout the legal market.  You will have exposure to high quality work and your work load will consist of a range of corporate and commercial matters for the firm’s extensive client base which mainly consists of all sizes of businesses throughout the North West and the UK.
