Corporate Solicitor

Our client, a legal 500 International law firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their reputable Corporate team in London.

The firm is a leading name in the legal market and have an established international presence with offices spanning across Europe, Asia and the Gulf. Due to their prowess in the market they have been able to attract and maintain an enviable client base. Their Corporate team act for a varied client across multiple sectors.

Due to both an increased in instructions and as part of a continuing growth strategy they are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor.

You will be joining a thriving corporate team and working with clients at the forefront of their strategic development. You will be advising on takeovers, buy-ins and buy-outs, joint ventures and investment as well as disposals, flotations, take-overs and mergers and acquisitions.

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 2 years’ PQE and will come from a solid background in corporate law. You are likely to have trained at a leading city or regional firm and will currently be in a reputable corporate team at a leading firm. Your experience will include a broad span of Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate governance and you will have solid experience of corporate transactions.

You are likely to be a Solicitor within a reputable Corporate department looking for a new challenge.
