My client a national Law firm with offices based in Liverpool, are now looking for additional experienced MOJ Portal Team Manager to join their growing RTA department.

Skills and abilities (MOJ)

• You must have solid experience of dealing with all three stages of the Portal
• You must have management/supervisory experience in a similar role
• You must be able to motivate, manage and lead a team of MOJ Portal fee Earners, and ensure the team delivers a client focussed service
• You must be enthusiastic and driven

Responsibilities

• To provide supervisory guidance and support on technical issues involving liability, litigation and quantum.
• To ensure the MOJ team are achieving the correct outcome for clients and optimising their claims
• Manage team performance
• Conduct 121 regular meetings
• Ensure your team delivers excellent customer service
• Keep fully up to date with any industry changes
• Liaise with HOD/HR regarding any staff issues
• Handle complaints

Specification

• Must have at least 5 years experience in using the Portal, and 12 months supervisory/management experience in a similar role
• Commercially minded
• Maintain a positive attitude and be self motivated
• Be enthusiastic, self motivated and driven
• Possess strong communication and people management skills
