Our client, a leading internationally recognised law firm have an exciting opportunity to join their Real Estate team in Manchester for a Property Litigator
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be well versed in all aspects of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law such as;
-Service of break notices
- Dealing with lease renewal/ termination notices and proceedings
- Service charge disputes
- Arrears recovery
You will be comfortable in dealing with a varied caseload and have well -rounded technical ability. Experience in Property development is preferred. You will welcome change and work pro- actively within the team to achieve results but also be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. You will assist other Property Litigation Solicitors in building and maintaining business relationships and increase awareness of the business as a whole.
