RTA LVI and Fraud Litigator

Salary up to £35k plus extensive benefits

My client a leading and well established national Law firm with offices in Liverpool is looking to recruit a talented Claimant LVI and Fraud Litigator to join their growing RTA team.

You will be responsible for -

  1. Dealing with all litigated and non - litigated personal injury claims involving Fraud and/or LVI
  2. Progressing all claims in a timely manner in accordance with the CPR (you must have an excellent working knowledge of CPR case law and legislation)
  3. Prioritising urgent schedules and dealing with daily tasks on To Do list in a timely manner
  4. Instructing Counsel for hearings, Conferences and CMCs
  5. Have some experience of having handled claims involving allegations of Fraud and/or LVI
  6. To have a good working knowledge of relevant case law and/or legislation.
  7. Ensuring all clients are regularly kept informed and up to date throughout the life span of the claim.
  8. Speaking to/updating referrers to ensure a consistency of service.

Personal specification:-

  • You must have an excellent working knowledge of the CPR, case law and legislation.

  • You must have the ability to work in an organised manner.

  • You must have excellent communication and client care skills

  • Competent working with a case management system and excellent knowledge of MS Office Good organisational skills
