Corporate Lawyer, 5+ PQE
Our client, a leading accountancy firm, is looking to grow its recently created legal services department by hiring a corporate lawyer.
The role will involve advising SME clients on corporate matters including group reorganisations, joint ventures, investment and shareholders' agreements, loan and finance agreements, mergers and acquisitions and limited liability partnerships. In addition to these corporate matters, you will also advise on a number of employee incentive schemes such as share schemes and a variety of share options.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' demonstrable corporate experience derived from an established practice. Ideally, they will have some experience or knowledge of share option schemes and other employee incentives; however for the right candidate this may be overlooked. They will have excellent drafting and analytical skills, with a team-oriented approach to their work.
