This is a rare opportunity to join one of the best defendant clinical negligence departments in the country.
You will be a solicitor with experience in clinical negligence litigation. Ideally from a defendant background and definitely with significant experience of high value litigated clinical negligence work.
The firm itself is a top 50 firm with a strong national presence. It has seen consistent growth over the last 10 years with insurance related work being at the core of what it specialises in. Its clinical negligence team has been an essential part of that growth. The team deals with work for the NHSLA and other care providers handling a diverse range of claims.
The firm is particularly keen to stress its ability to facilitate some home working/flexible working for those that require it.
