Corporate Solicitor - Leading Private Practice - Leeds

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team of a highly regarded regional law firm, based in Leeds.

Our client is a successful and award winning regional private practice, who service an impressive client base of PLC, private and institutional organisations from their head office in Leeds.

They possess one of the leading Corporate teams in the city. Key areas of their work include: mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), flotations and other equity fundraisings (both on the full list and on AIM), private equity transactions, joint ventures, capital reconstructions and reorganisations.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to the team.

You will ideally have a minimum of 4PQE in Corporate law, gained with a national, or reputable regional practice. Strong academics are important, as is a commercial outlook and a passion for business development as you will be expected to get involved in the further marketing of the department and wider firm.
