Conveyancing Assistant- Leeds
Award winning conveyancing firm, based in Leeds and ranked in the UK Top 10 by the Land Registry is looking to recruit conveyancing paralegals to assist with the running of a diverse caseload of residential property transactions.
This niche and award winning residential property firm is led by conveyancing specialists with a vast amount of experience within the sector and focuses on Best Practice and exceptionally high levels of customer service. In 2014 won a prestigious Sunday Times Best Large Conveyancer award and achieved 3 major awards in 2013.
As part of its continued expansion, the firm is looking to recruit conveyancing paralegals to work alongside a conveyancer handling a diverse caseload. The role will be varied and will involve working in a fast paced environment to include:
* Carrying out Land Registry searches
* Drafting sales contracts
* Liaising with clients
* Exchanging contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Handling completions
* Post Completion files
It is essential that you have proven experience of assisting with all aspects of a residential conveyancing caseload. Must have experience in sale and purchase.
