Commercial Property Associate, 5+ PQE - Oxford
Our client, a leading national firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Real Estate team in Oxford.
The role will involve acting for government organisations, heath authorities, property developers, energy providers, high value retailers and charities on a variety of commercial property work. You will advise on the purchase, sale and development of commercial property, as well as landlord and tenant issues, secured landing, and joint ventures. In addition to this, you will be supervising more junior fee earners and contributing towards practice development.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the real estate department of a comparable firm, as well as a strong technical ability. They will be confident and personable, with a tract record of successful practice development.
