Family Solicitor – Our client, a medium sized, multi-disciplined firm; are now looking for a further private client family solicitor to join their practice. With a long standing, prestigious history; our client has been delivering clear, concise legal advice to the people of Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties for over 200 years.
This firm has a reputation locally for providing excellent service to their clients. Applicants will therefore need to act with empathy and compassion whilst managing a privately funded caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising and assisting their client’s every step of the way. The firm cover a diverse range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce
- Pre & post nuptial agreements
- Childcare Law
- Cohabitation breakdowns and agreements
- Financial matters
- Mediation
We have been asked to find candidates, C.2+ PQE with a good track record and who are working for a similar styled practice. As well as sound family law knowledge; applicants with an interest or previous experience in civil litigation matters will be of great interest. You will be expected to actively assist with marketing and business development whilst managing your own desk without any supervision.
