Conveyancing Assistant- Huddersfield
Legal 500 listed law firm with a long standing reputation for providing legal services to both private and commercial clients nationally. The primary aim is to always offer a traditional and high level of service with a modern approach. The residential property team is now recruiting a residential conveyancing assistant to join its team in Huddersfield.
The role will be based at a regional office in West Yorkshire. You will have previous experience of assisting with a caseload from inception through to post completion as the role will involve assisting a fee earner on a diverse caseload to include:
* Sales and purchases
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds inc. newbuild help to buy
* Transfer of Equity
* Extensive client contact
It is essential that you have proven experience of assisting with all aspects of a residential conveyancing caseload. Must have experience in sale and purchase.

The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise a busy workload. Good communication skills are essential. A working knowledge of Proclaim or other case management system is desirable but not essential.
