An international investment management company based in London is seeking a Company Secretary to join their in-house team for a period of 3 months.
Our client is looking for someone with exceptional communication skills with previous experience of working within a company secretarial function, specifically within financial services.
You will be sat in a small company secretarial team and will be reporting into the Senior Company Secretary.
Duties will include:
oCompany Secretarial compliance work
oSupporting Boards and committees, organising meetings, preparing minutes and preparing agendas
oVarious projects including providing company secretarial assistance in respect of corporate and M&A projects
oDevelop and maintain relationships with functional leads and shared service across the EMEA region
oMiscellaneous company secretarial tasks as and when requires
The successful candidate will be ICSA qualified and be comfortable working in a fast paced business with tight deadlines.
