Due to their continued success and expansion my client who are key leading law firm within the personal injury market are looking for a new Law Costs Draftsman to join their highly successful Newcastle based legal costs team.
Being a key member of a team 12 each day will be different from being involved with development of new processes to streamline the costs department, to assisting with escalated client costs queries from members of the team. Furthermore the Law Costs Draftsman will also be required to undertake, preparation of bills, schedules and statement of costs for assessment in line with achieving the most cost effective settlement against department targets
The successful candidate will be a Law Costs Draftsman with at least 12 months experience of negotiating law costs both written and verbal with experience of bill costs and advocacy.
