Fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a forward thinking and award winning major UK law firm into the expanding national investments team based in Manchester.  This is a really interesting position for a corporate solicitor seeking a new challenge with an established and leading law firm in Manchester.

This dynamic and growing team works with entrepreneurs, start-ups and spin-outs through to maturity on equity funding from seed through to capital growth and pre-IPO investment.  The client base extends to institutional venture capital funds and corporate venture investors amongst other business groups advising on a wide range of portfolio investments and management, fund raisings and broader corporate work. This highly regarded team have assisted businesses which have become global leaders and AIM listed companies.

You will be a corporate solicitor with a minimum of one years post qualification experience through to around six years, ideally gained from a City of leading regional firm and will have experience of equity investment work.   This role also gives you the unique opportunity to be part of a specialist team, whilst also working with leading partners across this national firms' wider corporate offering.

With full support from leading corporate lawyers and professional support lawyers you will play a significant part in the teams' growth nationally from a Manchester base.  Offering fantastic progression and support this is a major UK law firm with a fabulous reputation nationally and globally.
