An exciting opportunity at a well-established Hertfordshire law firm has arisen for a capable Property Locum. The role is to start in December and is anticipated to last for six months to cover a maternity leave.
You will be taking over an existing property caseload and managing this from instruction to completion, independently and with minimal supervision. The majority of the caseload will be residential property, with some lease extensions and light commercial property work including development matters.
The firm will provide full secretarial support and there is the possibility for some flexible working. The role would be ideal for a locum who is based in London, or in the surrounding area, as there are great links to the Underground and M25.
Rate is negotiable based on experience/PQE.
