Are you currently working in a fee earning capacity within a Residential Conveyancing team and looking for a new challenge? Would you be interested in taking on more responsibility and even diversifying into private client matters too? If the answer to these questions is yes then this could be the opportunity that you're looking for!
Our client is a Private Practice based in Shropshire.
You will be working predominantly on Residential Conveyancing matters and will have remit to develop the department and tap into any contacts within the market that you may have to help generate work. Bringing in work is not essential but would of course help aid your development within the firm! There is also scope for the incoming Residential Conveyancer to get involved in client matters so if you're genuinely interested in working on matters such as wills and probate then this opportunity is there for the taking.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have experience running a decent sized caseload (30-50 files) of standard sales and purchases matters, both freehold and leasehold. The firm is open minded to applicants being Paralegals (providing there is sufficient experience), Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives. The role is based in Shropshire so it is envisaged that candidates will live within the local area and be familiar with the local property market.
A very competitive salary is on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer.
