Employment Partner/Senior Associate

Our client is a leading light in Manchester with a fantastic reputation across their full service offering, this has led to strong growth in the employment law team and a need to recruit at a senior level to sit alongside other partners in the team.  This role offers the opportunity for a senior solicitor to join at partner level or an already established partner to make their mark at this exciting time of growth.

The team handle employment work for a wide range of sectors and conduct a mix of contentious and non-contentious respondent work, including Tribunals. You will handle a caseload providing pragmatic commercial advice to a well established client base, whilst also supervising junior solicitors.

This appointment will ideally be at the 6 year post qualification level upwards and you will have developed a strong employment law practice in your career to date, being keen to bring this to a leading Legal 500 commercial firm.  You will want to play an active role in the further development of the employment law team working closely with partners and solicitors in the team.
