Construction Litigation Solicitor

Leading global law firm opportunity for a construction litigation solicitor to join at senior associate level into this renowned and specialist construction team.

The firm is recognised internationally and nationally for its' top level construction work, handling high value and complex construction and engineering disputes.  You will be part of a strong Manchester team of construction lawyers offering specialist contractual and business advice to the construction and engineering industry primarily nationally but with scope for international involvement relating to high value infrastructure projects.  You will assist clients with contractual risk management and disputes, preparing strategy led solutions including international arbitration work.

With at least four years post qualification experience you will be keen to operate at the very top level of construction litigation work, really offering the best opportunity to advance your career with an international platform.  As such you will be driven with good academics and relevant construction experience including familiarity with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts together with excellent team working and project management skills.
