With this in mind the need has arisen to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor on a full time, permanent basis.

This well-established firm are looking to recruit a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is looking to hone their skills in an ambitious environment. Acting on behalf of mid to high value companies, who are largely based in London, this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will see the successful candidate taking on a claimant caseload which will include matters pertaining to trials, disclosures, witness statements, debt collection and the possibility to work with some financial services. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with 3-4 years PQE* who has significant commercial and litigation experience.

The successful candidate for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will be a dynamic individual who can apply their skills and knowledge to an existing caseload, and ultimately grow their career with this firm.
