This is an opportunity with a leading global provider of title insurance and settlement services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. One of their subsidiaries is a leading insurer of risks involving title and related areas of property and property finance.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a high achiever to join the sales team in delivering the business strategy by driving Residential Title sales and developing the brand. Reporting to the Head of Regional Sales, your role will be responsible for developing new business with conveyancing solicitors across the relevant sales territory.

The main purpose of the role is to seek new business opportunities and increase the market share and market awareness of our client's residential title products. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering the residential property strategy. You will create and then implement a results focused sales plan - one that will identify, target and win business from new and existing clients. Your success will be measured by your direct contribution to the revenue of the business. You will be given product training.

Travel will be a key part of this role and therefore you must have your own car.

To be successful you must be a dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, with an eye for new opportunities, sound commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and increase revenue by developing new business opportunities. You must be someone who is capable of self-generating leads, able to get your foot in the door and has an understanding of what their clients do to enable you to come up with solutions to help close a deal.


You can demonstrate a high achieving new business sales track record of selling services to law firms, banks and/or property investment companies. Detailed knowledge of the residential property market is essential.

With proven ability to influence senior decision makers, you will be commercially aware, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a flair for negotiation. You will have solid presentation and engagement skills to develop and maintain relationships and to manage sales opportunities through to closing stages.

You must be independent, organised and able to work on your own initiative, with a flexible approach to work.
