LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Warwickshire, Birmingham, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Rugby, Coventry)
DAILY RATE: £500

THE ROLE:
An established nationwide business, with a market leading position in their field, require assistance from a skilled In-House Commercial Contracts Lawyer on an initial 6 month FTC daily rate basis. Handling the drafting, review and negotiation of a variety of complex bespoke contractual agreements, the successful candidate will be playing a key role within the team. You will provide first class legal advice and work directly with other teams within the business to ensure the commercial, legal and regulatory needs of the business are on target to be met.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Solicitor or barrister with at least five years of relevant In-House experience, you will be available to commence a new role from 1st October. Your existing experience will include extensive understanding of commercial contracts, procurement and regulatory matters and you will have a proven track record within this area along with experience of drafting bespoke and complex contracts. You will have excellent negotiation, drafting and rapport building skills as well as being an effective project manager and having sound commercial acumen. Experience within the energy, construction or another regulated business sector would be highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced In-House Commercial Lawyer to join a well known national business on a lucrative contract basis. The role is being offered on an initial 6 month FTC with the view to further extension or possibly a permanent role for the right individual.
