An exceptional international firm is now recruiting for a Knowledge Development Lawyer within their Structured Debt and capital market team. The person required, needs to be 3 years PQE and have excellent experience in this field.
The successful applicant will have experience Debt Capital market experience within the UK. Knowledge of macroprudential regulation for financial institutions will be necessary - this includes the Capital Requirements Regulation, CRD IV, Basel 2 and 3, Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive and Banking Reform Act.
