Elite US law firm seeking mid-level Corporate Tax Lawyer
This elite US law firm have an excellent Tax practice in both the UK and in the US. Due to a recent partner hire, they are looking to further expand the team with the hire of an associate with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
The team deals with UK and international transactional tax planning, M&A, restructuring and fund formation. They also act for many of the largest private equity funds and undertake projects for major US and UK corporate groups.
As the ideal candidate you will have experience dealing with complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as experience in the tax aspects of debt finance and capital markets transactions.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary (circa £135,000 - £150,000) as well as excellent career progression prospects.
