A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required for market leading Commercial firm in South Manchester/Cheshire. They are offering a competitive salary and benefits package, negotiable dependent on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a firm who are well known in the market and where, the majority of the solicitors and partners previously trained and/or worked at large City Centre or national law firms. With this comes a high standard of professionalism and a wealth of experience.

Due to continued growth the firm is looking to expand the Private Client side of business and in particular the Residential Conveyancing Department with the addition of a Solicitor with around 2 - 4 Years PQE. The firms is recommended by the Legal 500 across many departments and they have achieved Top 200 status in recent years.

Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitors who want to focus on high value work in a non-volume environment. They team advise on sales and purchases across a range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular focus on high value properties as well as property transactions arising out of divorce. They also deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales and purchases and manage site set ups and plot sales for developer clients and so the work on offer really is first class.
