Contentious Probate Solicitor

My client is a regional law firm with a strong presence in South Wales. The client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience to join their team in Southampton.

Candidates will be experienced with a broad range of client work, including advising trustees, executors, beneficiaries and charities on the resolution of disputes. The work will involve leading litigation in Trust disputes, probate disputes, Inheritance Act claims in addition to contentious Court of Protection matters.

This is a great opportunity to join this highly regarded team which has been nominated for the STEP Contentious Trust and Probate team of the year for four years.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate and confident qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE and experience of Contentious Trust and Probate work.
