Due to ongoing expansion, a top 50 national law firm urgently requires an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their established, highly successful Claimant Asbestos Related Disease team in Sheffield.
You will have full autonomy for your own caseload, predominantly focussing on complex litigated asbestos-related cases mainly mesothelioma; dealing with matters from instruction through to trial with a high percentage of cases being handled in the High Court.
You will also undertake an integral role within the department, assisting with supervision and business development.
This is a particularly complex, technical role and as such, you will be a Solicitor with ideally a minimum 2 years’ experience within industrial disease litigation to include asbestos-related cases.
In addition, you will need to have strong empathy, communication and client care skills due to the sensitive nature of the claims.
