Property Litigation Solicitor , Birmingham

National firm with a noted Litigation team are looking to place a Property Damage / Property Litigation solicitor for Birmingham.

The role will be working alongside technically strong solicitors and on behalf of some of the largest insurer clients in the UK.

As well as having a good understanding of the law and having a proven track record defending property damage claims you will have advocacy skills and would be able to instruct experts.

There would also be some "white collar" fraud recovery cases so experience in commercial litigation would be an advantage here.

There is definitely a career path to follow here and with your strong background in civil claims and litigation you would be able to provide a first class service to your client base.
