Legal Counsel

• Do you have experience in respect of a wide range of commercial contracts?
• Do you have an interest in the travel sector?
• Are you a qualified Solicitor and do you have approximately 2-6 years' relevant PQE (given as a guide only)?

You will draft, negotiate and conclude a vast and hugely varied range of commercial contracts in relation to the travel sector, including customer, supplier and technology contracts and also get involved in wider legal and commercial issues such as marketing initiatives and IP. As such, this truly is a broad and all-encompassing in-house Co-Co legal position.

You will join a highly regarded and well established legal team.

You will join an exciting and dynamic company based on the London/Berkshire border. The group is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has a presence in nearly 200 countries, nearly 4,000 employees and over $2 billion in net annual revenue.

You will work closely with leading industry household brand names.
