Devon is looking to appoint a professional and experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of corporate matters in the position of Corporate Partner.

With unrivalled expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work, it is without surprise that this highly rated law firm is now looking to appoint an additional Senior Corporate Solicitor into the team as Corporate Partner. Based in Devon, this full service law firm provides specialist expertise across a range of legal services including corporate, employment, litigation, commercial property and private client. Due to the continued growth of the corporate tax team, they have identified the need to appoint a Corporate Partner to further develop the Corporate practice as well as maintain the existing client base and implement a business plan. The successful Corporate Partner will be playing a key role in the current and future growth plans of this practice. The appointed Corporate Partner will be expected to be based in Devon but work alongside our clients office in London.



The successful Corporate Partner must have a minimum of 5 years experience and be well placed to provide advice across the broad spectrum of corporate law. The ideal Corporate Partner will have strong technical skills and be able to handle a varied and wide caseload of corporate matters. Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have worked with a number of loyal clients who are able to instruct you on future matters. Corporate Solicitors applying must have the capability to handle files in a professional manner whilst delivering the highest level of customer of customer service possible. In order to be considered for the role of Corporate Partner you will be able to advise on all aspects of corporate matters, tax implications and issues arising from real estate transactions.
